Lakesound is a 360-unit multifamily community in Hickory Creek, Texas, a lake village suburb located just 30 minutes from downtown Dallas.
Although the Town of Hickory Creek initially strongly opposed the development of additional multifamily projects, Leon Multifamily was successful in securing all necessary approvals by working closely with both key decision-makers in Hickory Creek and the site’s landowner.
Lakesound’s design is inspired by Texas Ranch Style architecture due to its topography and presence in a heavily-wooded area, which will provide outstanding views, quiet walking trails with connections to community parks and nearby lake access.
Lakesound began construction in February 2023 and is expected to complete in Q2 2025.
