In a highly competitive bidding process, Leon Capital Group was able to secure the purchase rights by proposing a creative partnership with the landowner, a prominent Dallas mixed-use developer.
Society 190 was one of few Richardson projects in recent years to secure entitlements for surface parking in Richardson, Texas by presenting the city with a plan to leave a portion of the site to the landowner for a future office building and creating a 1.5-acre public park in the center of the site.
With a focus on urban design, dedication of a public park on the site and future commercial development nearby, Society 190 is poised to capitalize on the future mixed-use development.
