Located in Austin, Texas, along iconic South Congress Avenue, Society SoCo is a 262-unit urban multifamily project in one of the most desirable locations in the state.
The project is located just a mile off of IH-35, providing direct access to the employment centers to the north and south. The project’s convenient location also offers residents easy access to Lady Bird Lake, the SoCo shopping district, the Saint Elmo mixed-use district, and a number of outdoor recreation options.
Working with architectural firm Rhode Partners, Leon Multifamily designed a unique “hybrid” product type by utilizing the site’s topography, allowing for high-density development with an efficient cost basis. The project also takes design cues from the eclectic and vibrant history of South Congress Avenue and provides residents the benefits of a convenient location and an outdoor lifestyle.
