• The Evergrove is a 346-unit, garden-style community currently under construction in Leander, TX in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. 

• The Evergrove is a part of the Crystal Village mixed-use development currently under construction, which will feature retail and office development upon completion. Located at the southern end of the Crystal Village development, the project is directly adjacent to a trail connecting the site to Leander’s newly built Lakewood Park, which will offer residents a unique outdoor amenity that competitive properties lack. 

• The three-story, garden-style community will offer both surface parking and tuck-under garages, along with indoor and outdoor amenities that provide a luxury living experience in a convenient and prominent location at the gateway to Leander. The project’s position directly off of the 183A toll road will cater to several of the large and growing employment centers in the northwestern are of the Austin MSA.

• The project began construction in December 2022 and is expected to begin leasing in the Spring  of 2024, with full completion in Q4 2024
